Our site uses a number of Tablepress tables as navigation. In trying to make the site more responsive for mobile devices, I have realized I cannot use any captions, and have adapted a work around by adding images of text images to a lower row, eg:
http://www.allpowerlabs.com/support

I have noticed some sites where the table shifts to a single scrolling column when it reaches a width threshold, eg:
http://waracle.net/team/

I’m not clear if flip function in the responsive extension for the Tablepress plugin has this function.

Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here. Something like this is not directly possible, due to the row/column structure of HTML tables.

You would therefore have to add the caption directly below the image.

Alternatively (and that’s actually the semantically better approach), you should not use a table for this, but show this more like a gallery, with modern HTML elements like <div>s and some CSS code.

I want to convert the coloums to row in responsive like it does it in here http://acre.bid/test-current-sales/ but when I added the data in table press how do i do it I added the responsive extention also but none of the mode help me to get what i want
