Try putting 100%. Or maybe leave them blank?
Do one or the other and post a link to your site. What plugin are you using for the slider?
Oh wait… I think they are wanting you to pick sizes so the images loaded are smaller?
I’m not sure, I’ve never seen that before.
Again, look for the plugin documentation on that.

I’m sorry. I’m using Revolution Slider Plugin.

As you can see on my webpage there is a image slider. I did what you suggested but it didn’t work.
As far as the documentation there is nothing about those settings or how to use it.

Those settings are wrong because even if I put them like that the image slider doesn’t resizes on my iPad or iPhone.
This plugin came with the theme I bought so I don’t have the register for the support.
Thank you anyway!
if you bought your theme, then the theme should provide you support. Anyway, if you look at the links I sent, it shows you how to use those settings.

I’m trying to get some answers from my theme support but so far with no luck!
And I’ve also tried to reach the Rev. Slider plugin support and I’m still waiting for some answers!
I’ve opened your links and there is nothing about how to fill out those fields. If I use those numbers as it is shown on the image my image slider don’t resizes as expected on different devices.
you can just use the 100% size for the slider. If your theme is responsive it should work fine. That is how I usually do it. That other way of using sizes is new to me.
I mean “full size” as it uses in the choices you gave. It should fill the size of the containing div which will be determined by the browser size.

Can you be more specific?
Like this?
Slider Type: ( ) Fixed (•) Responsive ( ) Full width
Slider Size: width (1090) height (460)
Responsive Sizes:
Screen Width1: 100% Slider Width1: 100%
Screen Width2: 100% Slider Width2: 100%
Screen Width3: 100% Slider Width3: 100%
Screen Width4: 100% Slider Width4: 100%
Screen Width5: 100% Slider Width5: 100%
Screen Width6: 100% Slider Width6: 100%
No. Select the Full Width at the top instead of Responsive.
