Responsive Theme adding automatically

I’ve a client’s site with a number of pages built out. Unfortunately, the <more> tag keeps getting automatically added to the page’s content breaking the flow of the copy. I cannot figure out how to keep this from happening, and cannot find any documentation online to turn the feature off.

Any ideas?
