Responsive tooltips in PRO version not working

    Hi,

    We have just purchased the PRO version of this plugin and enabled responsive tooltips on mobile, but they don’t seem to be working. It’s my understanding that these should be displaying in a slideDown box once clicked?

    I have tried switching to the default theme and they are still not working so perhaps I have misconfigured these somehow?
