Responsive Tooltips Not Showing

I just bought the PRO version of the Glossary plugin and am trying to use the Responsive Tooltips option for mobile, however when I enable this option the tooltips wont display on mobile at all.

I assumed I had configured something incorrectly so I visited your demo site to see how it should work, but theres no demo of mobile responsive tooltips.

Could you please provide a link to a demo page of yours with mobile responsive tooltips enabled so I can understand how these should work.

as premium users you can write to us by email to speed up the support, write to [email protected].

We need you website where you configured the mobile tooltips so we will check if it is a bug or a problem with your theme.

I found the bug, seems that in the tooltip only mode the mobile tooltip wasn’t working.

I am already fixed this issue and ASAP I will release a new version with this bugfix 🙂

@mte90 hey Daniele, has there been any movement on this issue. I haven’t seen an update for the Glossary plugin since last we spoke.

Ah! Sorry mate I didnt check on mobile beforehand. I just saw that the tooltips werent loading when I scaled my browser to mobile on PC. My apologies again. Thanks for fixing the bug, appreciate the quick turn around!
