First: great theme, thanks for your amazing work!

I use a lot of video’s in my post and I noticed that they do not scale well. Width is not a problem, but height stays the same when the window becomes smaller.

I found a sollution, but I don’t know how to implement it.

I can easily add the css, but I am not sure in what template I should add the HTML. What template handles how a youtube url in a post or an iframe is defined?

That’s part of WordPress core, not part of Decode, so I’m not sure on that one.

Aah okay, in that case I’ll try to figure it out in the main WP forums. If I find a sollution I’ll post it here.

Great. If you hear of a way for me to improve this in Decode, let me know. But I’m pretty sure this is core-related.

I have found a sollution, maybe other like this too.

To do it yourself you would have to override the WP funtion that handles oEmbeds and then add the new code.

I found this plugin that does that and even more:

Works on my site and I haven’t found any conflicts with the Decode theme.
Resizing the window now also adjusts the height so the dimensions stay the same. You can restrict the max width if you like or set it to fill the post width.
