Responsive view settings

Is it possible to make changes in view for different kind of devices. For example, on desktop the photos in my gallery are shown in 3 columns. However, when the site is opened on mobile or tablet, this is automatically chanched to 1 column. I would rather have the photos shown a little bit smaller and in 2 columns. I can’t find these settings in the plugin settings.
