Ressources not loading properly

    Hello

    One of my friends is using the plugin on his blog. I noticed that is Homepage loads really slowly.

    I identified that 2 missing ressource called from this URL are not properly loading :

    http://css.rating-widget.com/widget/style.min.css?v=2.1.7

    tooltip-loader.gif
    is.png

    Can you fix this ?
    It affects homepage loading time :

    eg : response for tooltip-loader.gif missing is given after 7.52 secs.
