Hello support, I am wanting to test out your Plugin and move to Pro version for 3 sites, however I have hit a snag on the activation. I am receiving Rest API not Available. I have checked with WordPress.com support and they have confirmed the API is active and working. I have also Whitelisted your IP as per support article, with no luck. I have tried multiple sites and the same error occurs upon activation. All hosted on WordPress.com.

Please can you help

Could you please share the website URL where you are trying to connect 10Web Booster?
Also, are you using any security plugin on the sites? If yes, please let us know which one.

Once we have these details, we’ll be happy to check further.

Hello, thanks for the reply. The website is https://photosafaricompany.com. We also tried on our other website https://gobeyondsafaris.com. Both had the same issue.
