    Hello,

    I am using a Rest API to send my new orders to fulfillment center where I they ship the products. I have problem when the status of the order is “On hold” this happens when the client wants to pay via Bank Transfer. After he pay and the status is changed to “Processing” the order is not shown in my fulfillment account when I contact them they said the settings should be changed to send an information after status change.

    Can anyone help me with this ?

    If you have a question about a certain API call, we’re more than happy to explain it further but in your case, you’ll need a developer to look into the whole system you have.
