REST API or hooks for custom integrations

    Hi guys,

    I would like to integrate the plugin with my help desk and CRM. Are there hooks I can use to send the user name / email / custom fields to an external app? And is there a REST API to get chats?

    Hi @menathor ,

    Currently that isn’t available I am afraid. The existing webhook functionality allows you to “ping” an endpoint upon agent login, start of a chat etc but not send any data to it.
