    Hi @rrvoigt,

First of all thanks for reporting the site issues. I fixed the link, but I’m not sure what you mean with the typo.

One way to find out is checking the network tab when visiting our Dashboard. Right click > Inspect element > Network > Go to our dashboard.

You will some REST API request from Burst which have failed. Can you share the status code of those?

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi Hessel,

Disregard the typo comment, that was a wrong word choice. We looked at the inspect element > network > all section and see status code 200. Sometimes the error goes away by itself and then comes back.

    Hi @rrvoigt,

Very strange! How often does it happen? Almost every time or just sporadic?

And all data still displays correctly?

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi,

Two days ago we activated ‘Delay JavaScript’ in our WP Rocket Cache plugin. That might be the reason the count is off. But we don’t see a selecting to exclude Burst. What JavaScript files can we add in the ‘Excluded JavaScript Files’ list?

If you exclude burst.min.js, you should be fine.

In debug mode you should also exclude burst.js.

Let me know if that helps!
