Currently any uploaded file/image url doesn’t included in the REST API in our plugin. But you can request a feature for that.
We’re continuously adding new features according to our customer’s needs.

is it possible to access the stored image through the wordpress rest api?
by the way, is it possible that metforms does not correctly register the uploaded files?
because i am trying to get to the uploaded image using the wordpress api and when i use for example /wp-json/wp/v2/media?parent=1075 the result is always empty.
if i am using the wrong api path plase tell me which one to use.

Currently we don’t have option to access the uploaded files through Rest API. We will try to add this feature in our future update.
