    Hi Pierre,

    It depends on your web host, but usually they will have phpMyAdmin available for you to import your database.

    Hi Pierre, you may also want to take a look at the pro version just released last month. It allows you to “push” and “pull” your database from one install to another without leaving your WordPress dashboard. http://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/
