    Dear all,

while restoring the website (incl plugins, etc) the process stops at Database (green tick box, all next ones have a red cross, and Finished is green again).
I cannot download the log file, since the link is porting me to a maintenance page of my website.

The activity log shown on the process page shows:
A PHP fatal error (Error) has occurred: Call to undefined function apache_get_modules()

My website database is very small, I have only a couple of plugins installed.

I cannot log into my wp-admin anymore, it says that the email is not correct (it is correct though).

I can restore my website from hosting provider backup, but would like to understand what caused the error?

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log? You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle,

    here you are https://pastebin.com/TkxBJC1A
Hope it is a correct file. I have skipped first lines with hosting info and changed my site name to MYSITE.
Using the latest version of plugin and of wp.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

It appears that the restoration process has been timed out or being killed off while doing the “search and replace” process on your database.

Please could you ask your hosts/server admin and have them check the PHP error logs. These logs should contain a record of the exact information as to why the process could not complete.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle
