Hello @leonardomiasiro
It seem like you have very low execution limit threshold, which caused the process to stop while it was trying to check the free space.
In our plugin it is possible to disable free space checks, but it’s not recommended and you should do that only if you’re 100% sure that you have enough space on the server for the restore.
If you don’t have enough space for the restoration/migration, but you will tell the plugin that there is enough, the process may still fail and your site may encounter many issues due to the lack free space.
Step list of the solution:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable space checking: https://prnt.sc/PAlbYsz3RszJ
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Run your process once again
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!Hi @mixha
I had another error when I try to save the changes:
“Backup Migration”
“There was an issue during saving, some settings may stay unchanged”.
Do you know how to solve this?Hey @leonardomiasiro ,
Please increase this memory limit Memory limit (wp-config): from 40M to 128M. WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT in wp-config.php on your website.
You could also increase Max execution time (in seconds): from 120 to 300
Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
When you do that, try to run your restoration once again.
Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
Thank you!Hey @leonardomiasiro ,
We haven’t heard from you since, so I’ll assume that the issue is resolved and will close this support ticket. If you face any new issues, please feel free to open a new ticket.
