Hello @webdevbyraj ,
Judging by this specific debug log and super-quick migration try, it failed to download the backup file properly.
Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”. Or you can use FTP, or File Manager, just make sure that the file is uploaded to a proper folder, defined in plugin section “Where shall the backups be stored?”
After that you can start Restore process. If it fails, please provide a new debug log.
Kind regards
Hi again, thanks for your reply. I tried the ‘manual’ way before writing my first post here. I downloaded the backup file from the source site and then uploaded it to the new site and unfortunately, it failed . When it failed, then I tried to restore using the link.
Here is the debug ref for the manual process – BMI-MFeciblD-41921

Hi @webdevbyraj
Your server may not support Super-Quick Migration, here’s detailed explanation of the issue you experience: https://stackoverflow.com/a/10349895
In that case you may need to upload the backup via FTP to the correct directory then hit refresh of backup list.
You can find backup directory path below our upload area.
Thank you! I successfully transferred the backup file by directly uploading it into the designated backup folder of the plugin, and the process was successful!
For those encountering difficulties in the restoration process, ensure you download your backup file from the original site. Subsequently, upload it to the corresponding folder on the new site:
public_html/wp-content/backup-migration-(random strings of characters)/backups
Afterward, return to the plugin dashboard, refresh the page, and you’ll find the uploaded backup file visible.
