Restore Admin Permissions

Hi, my client cloned the Administrator role and named “Mentor” and gave this new role all permissions.
Then he removed a huge part of the permissions of the Administrator role, and now he realized that the cloned role “Mentor” even tho having all the permissions still can’t do some actions.

Now also can’t edit the Admin role, and can’t go back to the admin role because that role also doesn’t have enough permissions anymore.

How can we restore the admin role and permissions to the original?
