Restore all does not work

I have hundreds of broken links and when I click on restore all nothing happens. Apparently, the blog post at the top of the broken links list has a problem. I can’t access that post from my dashboard or from the site.

There are broken links piling up below and they can only be restored if I click on restore individually.

I do not know how to fix this.
