Hi,
“0035.183 () Error message: No ha sido posible copiar el archivo.”
I believe the error is due to not enough disk space on your server. Can you check and make sure there is more than enough space?
Thanks,
Bryle
How strange, i just checked and on my hosting server i have 3.14 GB of 15 GB occupied and in Google Drive where i host the external backups i have 88 GB of 130 GB occupied, i do not think the problem is space. My PHP settings on the server are:
max_execution_time: 512
max_input_time: 256
memory_limit: 512 MB
post_max_size: 256M
upload_max_filesize: 512M
PHP version: 7.4
@divinacosecha Could you try upping your max_execution_time to 900?
I tried, but it didn’t work. I have no problems creating the backup, or downloading the file from Google Drive. The problem seems to occur when you try to restore the downloaded copy when you cannot find log.txt files
What am I missing?

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
I would suggest manually restoring the plugins.zip via FTP. Please check this guide for manual restoration – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-want-to-restore-but-have-either-cannot-or-have-failed-to-do-so-from-the-wp-admin-console/
You can restore the rest of the components via UpdraftPlus while you can manually restore the plugins.
Thanks,
Bryle
