    I’m sorry about the accident 🙁

    Please download the backup file then extract it and you will find the backup database file there, the one with .sql extension
    (Of course, please make sure that you already include database backup before in the job setting, something like: https://prnt.sc/w36mxe )

    @olympwel1
    since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark it as resolved.
    If you’re still having problems, feel free to let us know ;),

    sorry I’m not quite sure about your issue, you mean when you download the backup archive file from Dropbox, then extract, there is no SQL file?

    Or you mean you can’t see the backup archive file on BackWPUp -> backups?
    Thanks!

    Yes this is the first situation. When I check out the Dropbox file there is no sql file and therefore I cannot start the restore`.

    @olympwel1
    normally you can see the file in the archive file: https://prnt.sc/wnief3
    it’s ended with .SQL extension, of course, you should make sure you have enabled database backup before https://prnt.sc/w36mxe
