Restore does not remove deleted plugins or backups

When I migrate/restore from a site, WP Clone’s restore function to the plugins and uploads/wp-clone folders is additive instead of a full folder replace. If I have deleted some WP Clone backups and some plugins from my source site, those deleted backups and plugins remain on the target site following a migration/restore.

Is this intentional? If so, please explain why. If not, could you modify WP Clone to replace completely the contents of a migration/restore for all folders?
