    Hi @roblie93

    I can see that you’re using old version of the plugin.
    Could you please if you still have access to the source site, update the plugin and redo the backup with the latest one?

    And also update it on the destination, we released many improvements for the restore process in the meanwhile.

    If you don’t have access the the source site, and need to restore this particular backup, please contact me via email [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ].

    I’ll try to recover it as it can be just server issue and restoring it with different engine would work.

    No i have following error:

    Hi @roblie93

    This is quite easy to solve.
    Simply go to “Other options” section, and find “Disable PHP CLI” checkbox.

    Our plugin also support different method when PHP CLI does not work on the server properly, in most cases it detects it automatically but sometimes it get stuck at this point. Then you need to disable it manually in the settings.

    Once you do that and save it, try again 🙂
