    Hi @webdesigner242

    Issue you experienced may be caused by:
    a) Your backup file is protected by your source site hosting provider
    b) Your new site has execution time limit and your backup file requires more time to download than your server can allow

    The easiest solution that you can try is:
    1. Go to your site where you made the backup
    2. Open “Other options” section
    3. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    4. Save that section
    –– 5. Go to your new site
    6. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    7. Try again with the same URL

    If that won’t work, it may be easier if you could download your backup file and upload it manually using FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area below backups list.
