From this latest debug code, I see that the step #3 is not applied. Please follow the steps again and don’t forget to click on “Save” at the bottom, and then please try restoring your backup once again.
In your latest debug code, I still see that the PHP CLI is not disabled. But I just wanted to remind you that it needs to be changed on the site you’re trying to apply the restoration process, and in this case, “eventi.lacittaperfetta.it”.
Could you kindly try applying the settings again there?
In the latest debug code it still does not look like PHP CLI is disabled in your plugin configuration, which is also confirmed in your live-log as [CLI] level is added to the log line.
We decided to disable PHP CLI by default, please go to Troubleshooting -> Check Advanced Options -> Reset plugin configuration: https://prnt.sc/Fx16HdqXfc6j
It should use default settings which excludes PHP CLI.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂 Thank you!
We haven’t heard from you since, so I’ll assume that the issue is resolved and will close this support thread. If you face any new issues, please feel free to open a new thread.
Kind regards
