Hi there! I managed to run the migration successfully. I reran the backup and migrated with the new backup link and that time everything everything worked as expected!
(I took a look at the other tickets and adjusted some settings on the site I took the backup from, but unfortunately I already forgot which ones I changed, but I think I set the backups to be accessible via direct link…)
