Restore Failed

I am migrating my site from bluehost to siteground. I created a new wordpress subdirectory on my siteground and installed the latest version of wordpress along with the latest version of wp-clone. Then I took a snapshot of my bluehost account, and asked the siteground version of wordpress install the bluehost snapshot. Instead of installing the files it just dropped them all in subdirectory of wp-content called wpclone-temp/wpclone-backup/wp-content. Not sure what is going on, but I have never seen this before. Any suggestions?
