Restore Failed

    I have used Lightsail and Now I migrate it to AWS EC2. I have backedup the data and restored it shows an error like this

    Please follow this doc to fix this ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature’ error.

    Let us know if that solves the issue.

    Hi @jelabyte

    Then can you try to download the backup from it’s source again?

    If it still does not work, please make sure on both sites, the available disk space is at least twice the size of the backup. Then create a new backup and try to migrate again.

    I have checked the disk space.

    Hi @jelabyte

    Then can you download the debug zip from WPvivid plugin’s Debug tab on your destination site, then send it to contact(at)wpvivid.com, so we can take a look?
