    Hi @kevinmccannn

    Error you received is:

[ERROR] [2022-12-02 02:50:56] Backup is not available to download (Error 403).
[ERROR] [2022-12-02 02:50:56] It is restricted by remote server configuration.

Which means that your backup is protected and cannot be downloaded for migration.

Such case may happen when you disallowed to use Super-Quick Migration on the website where you created the backup or you use any third-party security plugin which may prevent anyone from downloading files. Such thing may also show up if your website is protected by firewall or passwd file.

Quickest solution for you may be to download the backup and upload it manually.
You can upload the file using FTP, cPanel or simply using our Upload Area below backup(s) list.

This is the option I mentioned in our plugin settings: https://prnt.sc/t7cfZ4Vszx1W
You can also enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    – Set both on the website where you created the backup.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you 🙂
