Hi @tm5814
I can see you already marked the topic as resolved, but please allow me to provide you further solution to your debug code.
The issue is most likely caused by web server of your source website.
Due to download size limit, Super-Quick Migration couldn’t finish download.
We have alternate download method that may resolve the issue.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.
On the site where you made the backup:
- Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
- Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
- Save that section
– No need to make new backup
Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
- Open “Other options” section as well
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save that section
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Try to run the migration again with the same URL
If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

Thank you for you quick response. I took the approach of downloading the backup file from the source and used ftp to upload the file to the Upload Area. Once there I used the restore option without any issue.
The tool restored everything perfectly and you are probably right about it being a problem getting the file from the old site. Regardless, everything is up and running now.
Thank you again and have a Happy New Year?
