Could you please try to restore the backup on a test site first https://demo.tastewp.com/bmi and let us know if everything went fine there, or there was a problem too. If so, please share the debug log if possible.

Thanks. I startet the Backup on your testing space, but this time it stopped already after a couple of seconds. Code is: BMI-L8a16pq9-71283
By the way: Following your advice to other users I tried (on my space) the installation also with “php CLI” checkboy disabled, but in this case it stopped also at the absolut beginning at “search for php CLI”. This error code from my webspace is BMI-Fgr8MILT-75431
… I started not the “backup”, but the “restore” – sorry for wrong wording.
I tried another restore on my webspace (with php CLI checked). This time the restore was freezing at the point “renaming of table _wp_wfstatus”. Sorry, no error code in this case.

None of the debug codes you included in this topic so far contain helpful live log, in case of BMI-L8a16pq9-71283 there was not enough space as TasteWP comes with 1 GB of storage only, I can increase it for you to 5 GBs if you want to try again with the restoration here (for that I need you to share with me URL to your TasteWP site).
BMI-Fgr8MILT-75431 failed due to modified PHP CLI, this site requires to have it disabled as it does not work properly here.
In order to provide you proper solution I need more details about the failed process.
Please, go to the site where you experienced issues and open our plugin settings.
At the bottom you can find “Troubleshooting” section, please expand it and click on “Check advanced options”.
It will expand further section where you can find red button
– “Share debug infos with BackupBliss team”, click on it.
This way you can manually generate debug code even if the error window didn’t show up, it will contain live-log of the latest process.

Please provide us some new debug code with latest version of the plugin once the process freeze, you can also manually generate the debug code like I explained in my previous post.
