restore failed, HELP

    ive manually dragged the files to the retore features in wordpress plugin, i then tried to FTP the files to the directory it says to FTP to…all good…the files are there..BUT when i go to restore the files, hvae tried 5 times everytime it fails.

    Hi @ mjbberesford, could you please go to the admin dashboard, click on “Themes,” and activate the theme you were using on the site you want to restore?
