    Hello!
I made a backup with the free version, which went well, and I tried to restore the site, but I got this error at the very end of the restoration: “Restore failed. SQL file importing timeout.”
The process goes quickly up to 83%, then slowly advances to 99% and takes 30 minutes (new line every 5 minutes) until this message appears: “Restore failed. Sql file importing time out.”
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello @robooooooo

The timeout you are experiencing at the 99% mark usually indicates that the server is struggling to finalize the database import, often due to memory constraints or database packet size limits.

To resolve this, please try the following adjustments:

    1. Go to the WPvivid plugin menu > Settings > Advanced Settings. Locate the PHP Memory Limit for restoration and increase it to 1024MB or 2048MB (to be higher than the total size of your database).
    2. Increase the max_allowed_packet setting for your MySQL/MariaDB database to 32MB or 64MB if possible. This allows the server to handle larger chunks of data during the final stages of the import.

Once these changes are applied, please attempt the restoration again and let us know how it goes.
