    debug code : BMI-Gs3LLYpy-33506

I have a wordpress site at lebrec.co.uk/1 (site 1) that i want to migrate to christopherpaynefurniture.com (site 2). Both sites use the same version of wordpress (6.4.3).

I created a backup from site 1 and followed the instructions : installed the plug in on site 2 (no other plugins present) – clicked on super-quick migration, pasted the URL given when the backup was complete, and clicked restore now.

    The restore immediately failed.

Both sites reside on the same server (unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk).

Can’t think of anything else that could be useful to you.

    Thanks for your help.

So I followed instructions for someone who had a similar problem.

I downloaded the backup from site 1, and uploaded it to site 2, in the correct destination. I then tried to restore. BM did find the file, asked for confirmation, but then failed again immediately.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @ylebrecwpb

The Super-Quick Migration is locked which prevents usage of the feature on third party sites.

Go to the site where you created the backup and go to “Where shall the backups be stored?” and find “Accessible via direct link” make sure it’s set to “Yes”.

If that option is set to Yes, then it’s blocked by something else, something like WordFence or other security solution. You can debug that by accessing the backup URL directly from incognito browser.

Regarding second fail by running manual restoration please generate new debug code, each debug code contain details only about the most recent process. Above solution is related only to the BMI-Gs3LLYpy-33506 code.

If it fails immediately there is high chance you don’t have enough space for the restoration.

For more solutions I need new debug code of the manual trigger.

You can also generate the code manually in Troubleshooting section -> Check Advanced Options -> Share debug infos with BackupBliss team red button.
