    Hello @prtowlson ,

The log that you provided indicates that the backup file is not available on the URL that you provided for the super-quick migration. Please download the backup, upload it to destination site and then run the Restoration. You can manage all of this from the backup screen “Manage & Restore backups”.

    Kind regards

    thank you Mixha,

Is there a way of doing this now that the old site is not being pointed to by the nameservers?

    thank you

    Hi @prtowlson

    My apologies for delayed reply.

That server has to be online, as the backup is stored on that website, if it was VPS or some kind of hosting, you should be able to access that website through IP address directly. The IP address would be the same as the one previously used for name servers.

If you cannot access it this way, you can download that backup via old your FTP.

If you don’t have FTP the last hope would be to ask your previous hosting provider to send you that backup file.

And at the very end, you can always point your name servers to old server download the backup to your local PC, switch again to new server, then upload that backup manually.

Let me know if you need further help with it 🙂
    Thank you!
