Restore – Post Revisions

    Hello –

    I recently did a sql search and replace on my DB and it has removed post_content information on the posts. The command was a simple search and replace on a line of text. This should not have happened.

    I am trying to restore from post-revisions but all the content is not there. Is there anyway to restore the content?

    What table are the post revisions held in?

    (no, stupidly, I forgot to a back-up first)

    Revisions are in the posts table.

    You might see if google cache has any of your posts.

    Also ask your host if they have database backups that you could use.
