    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You can install the backup manually by extracting the backup ZIP on your local machine and uploading it to the website root via FTP.

Restore the database using the Adminer database tool (https://www.adminer.org/). Make sure to replace the old domain with the current domain in the database. Find the database access information in the wp-config.php file. Make sure to back up the current database first, just in case!

    Detailed tutorial: https://backwpup.com/docs/how-to-restore-a-wordpress-backup/#Manually_restore_a_WordPress_Backup

Let me know if it works for you.

Is there any limit of the backup or restore file size.

My backup file (using the plugin) is around 1.5GB. When I upload it, it gives error

    “Uploading Archive…100% HTTP Error.”

Why is that showing up, and the restore does not happen.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

There is no such limit. Can you try performing restore from different browser to see if it helps? Or else make sure that server has enough space to accept the upload size.

If we use Cron for scheduled backup, are there any specific settings

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

You can follow the doc to schedule backup using cron: https://backwpup.com/docs/starting-backup-job-immediately-or-scheduled/
