Dear @mohhamedion ,
Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention.
Could you please, send us the restore log file, so we can analyze the issue?
You can download the mentioned log file following the article below:
How to Download the Restore Log FilePlease send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.
Like this: https://prnt.sc/qr3ntvIn case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
Thanks,
BackupGuard Teami didn’t see any problem in the log

Dear @mohhamedion ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Unfortunately, you can’t use the zip file to restore, since we have our custom format, which is the.sgbp format.
The backup file needs to be in the.sgbp format, so it can be imported to the plugin and restored.
In case you have restored the DB already, would you like to send us the restore log of the failed attempt to troubleshoot and find the reasons for the failure?
Thanks,
BackupGuard TeamHi again, i repeated the restore process again on my localhost

Dear @mohhamedion ,
Thanks for the provided files.
In order to understand the error, we need to have the backup file to compare and check.
May we kindly ask you to send the file to the [email protected] email address?
Please, attach the support thread URL as well, so we can identify you easily.
Thanks,
