Somehow, all the forms I created on several sites are gone with the latest WP update, but I see there is a mySQL table called my_formmaker_backup that contains all the missing forms (wp_formmaker is empty). How can I restore the data from this backup to the empty wp-formmaker table? When I use PHPAdmin’s data import function, it aborts because the backup file has one extra column (backup_id). Thoughts?

    Hi!
We’re sorry you have lost the forms.

Please note that you can’t import, unfortunately, because the tables are different. There is an extra column, and even if we delete it, the IDs will not be matched and thus it will not work.
Could you please ask your hosting provider whether they have the backup database?
If no, then please contact our support team using the following email address: [email protected].

    Thanks in advance!
