restoring from url

    hi there,
    i tried restoring a site using the wp-clone and keeps on giving a error
    ”
    the plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : Not Found

    Temporary files created in **SITE-ROOT**/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted. ”

    can you please help me to solve this issue, because i try several time, and different ways and no luck !
