restoring old posts

Hi guys.

My blog’s been hacked twice (first was a redirect hack, second was a Pharma SEO hack), and the first time I didn’t have my posts exported as an xml file, so after re-installing, all the posts were ‘lost’.

This time, I made sure to export the posts before re-installing. Imported the posts and everything was fine.

I still have the older blog files on an older computer, so I was wondering: Is there anyway I can access my old blog with the files on the computer and export those posts as xml and import them to my current blog?
