We have our backups going to AWS. I have entered the access key, secret key, and S3 location. We have backups there and UpdraftPlus sees them. I downloaded the database, uploads, and other backups using UpdraftPlus, then clicked the Restore button. I get a message saying UpdraftPlus has begun looking for these entities, but it has been looking for three hours. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a wrong setting? Do I need to restore my site manually instead? I’m at a loss here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

From your description, it appears that the process gets timed out or killed off. Most likely the process has been cut off by the server. Can you check with your host/server admin?

As a workaround, you can download the files directly from your remote storage and upload them directly to the “wp-content/” via FTP. This way it would not have to use your serve resources to download the files.

Should say: “upload them directly to the directory “wp-content/updraft” via FTP”
