Restoring WP from BackWpUp

    I am trying to find a clear set of instructions to restore wordpress from the zip files generated by this plugin- The codex instructions are a bit too general, I think the plugin is great, but it would be nice to have some basic instructions to restore the site from zip files for non premium users!.
