Restrict Access in nested blocks?

I try to be very professional when asking about potential issues or reporting verified issues. Sometimes, like in this case, I see occasional weirdness and need to ask if there is known weirdness in a specific area – or if maybe I should look deeper to see if this is something new. So … sorry for being a little vague here…

I’m using Ultimate Member in a new installation. The “weirdness” I’m seeing is that Content Restriction seems to fail if the block is located within a Synced Block Pattern (reusable block) that is nested within a Template Part. Or perhaps there is some combination of these : pattern within another pattern that is then within a part…

The question is, are devs aware of any open issues that sound like they fit into this category? If not, of course I’ll do the research and report specifics if required.

As an example: I might have a block pattern that has two nested groups. One group restricts access to logged-IN users and the other group restricts access to logged-OUT users. When this pattern is nested in some other group of blocks, both groups might display to Everyone.

If this is not something that sounds familiar, I will do my best to nail it down and report back.
