restrict comment search for allowed content?

    Hello,

    This is a “presales” type question, I’m still searching for the right solution. We want to use the feature of searching within comments of a custom post type. This custom post type is only available to users with a certain role/capabilities, not everyone. Will this plugin handle this correctly? Ie. seaching the post content and comments would only show results for users who are logged in and have permission to view the post itself?

    Relevanssi supports some access restrictions automatically, but if your solution is not supported automatically, Relevanssi has filters you can use to restrict who sees what. If you can answer the question “is user X allowed to see post Y?” in code, then Relevanssi can support your restrictions.
