Restrict Comments on Posts to specific Users?

    Does anyone know of a way to restrict comments on posts to only the contributor that submitted the post and one administrator?

    Basically, I’m creating a site where users will share a story – then I want only the administrator and that user to be able to comment on it.

    Any help appreciated.
