Restrict Content menu missing in dashboard | ww.wp.xz.cn

I installed Restrict Content Pro (unzipped file as instructed) and activated the plugin and received successful installation but the RESTRICT CP menu tab does not appear on the left side of the dashboard? Its no where on the page? Is this a problem with 3.6.1
