    Hi @davepius12,

WPJM doesn’t use the geocoding data it creates for its search function. Please note that WPJM itself doesn’t create/generate Google Maps, but your theme does. WPJM just takes in geolocation data for jobs (if provided), allows a space for entering your API key, but then it’s up to a theme to take that information and integrate search function by location, or output a map.

Customizations are outside of the scope of the support that we offer, per our [Support Policy](https://wpjobmanager.com/support-policy/), but you could check out this third-party plugin:

    https://geomywp.com/extensions/wp-job-manager-geolocation/

From what we can tell, it will allow you to add proximity search query, so you can search for jobs based on address and distance ( radius ), allowing users to find the nearest job to a specific location. Please make sure to reach out to their support team before purchasing the add-on, so that they can confirm if their plugin can do what you want it to.

Another third-party plugin we recommend is Search and Filtering for WP Job Manager:

    https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-search-and-filtering

This plugin has “Locate Me (Geolocation) Text Field” feature that includes Google Maps Geolocation, Latitude/Longitude Support, Type Preference, Language, etc.

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
