Restrict Group Creation below Editor

Hi,
I´ve searched a lot and I read thousands of threads…My Problem is, I need to restrict the group creation for all members, etc (below editor-level). I´ve tried different capabilities from the “roles and capabilities-page”. But It doesn´t work. What is the right capabilitiy and what is to right format?
