Restrict Upload

I’m using this suite with the Members plugin which allows for custom user roles to be set up. When I create a custom role and select all of the access for that role, all of the SP options are listed there. I created a new user and assigned them to a role that does not include uploading, but when that user navigates to a page with an SP form, the user can still upload files.

How do I restrict uploading based on role? I noticed a 5 star review mentioned using the Members plugin in conjunction with this one, so I figured they would be a good pair.
